If you have purchased a product through our traditional off-line partners. You may contact them with your concern with the proof of purchase.

Your product carries a warranty of 1 year. You may claim warranty for your items within One Year of receipt of your shipment.

Any machinery failure is covered under the warranty.

Physical damages are NOT covered under the warranty.

Proof of Purchase such as Invoice or Order Id should be available.

You may return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, under certain circumstances. For this, you must first contact us via email or other mentioned methods. After which you must make sure that :

• The product must be in original condition

• In the original packaging

• Arrange for a return shipment at the address provided to you when your return has been
approved.

• After the receipt of the return shipment, we shall refund the amount to you within 1 day.
